On behalf of myself, my family members and guests I bring to Smoketree Swim and Recreation Club (SSRC), I/we have read, understand, and will abide by SSRC established member guidelines and pool rules (http://smoketree.us/rules). I/we further agree that I/we are responsible for ensuring that any guests I/we bring to SSRC also abide by said rules.

I/we understand that swimming without a lifeguard present constitutes a risk, and that I am solely responsible for my safety and for the safety of my family members and guests.  I/we further understand that no one is to ever swim alone.  I/we shall further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSRC/Smoketree Homeowners' Association (SHOA) and its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising solely out of or solely caused by any member of my/our family's or our guest's acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct in connection with the provision and use of SSRC/SHOA.
