On behalf of myself, my family members and guests I bring to Smoketree Swim and Recreation Club (SSRC), I/we have read, understand, and will abide by SSRC established member guidelines and posted pool rules. I/we further agree that I/we are responsible for ensuring that any guests I/we bring to SSRC also abide by said rules.

I/we understand that swimming without a lifeguard present constitutes a risk, and that I am solely responsible for my safety and for the safety of my family members and guests. I/we further understand that no one is to ever swim alone.

I/we understand that I/we are responsible for our interactions with others and will not engage in actions that endanger the health of others, including taking precautions (such as self-isolating if feeling sick) to deter the spread of communicable diseases (including COVID-19).

I/we shall further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSRC/Smoketree Homeowners’ Association (SHOA) and its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons (including health related items) or property, losses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising solely out of or solely caused by any member of my/our family’s or our guest’s acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct in connection with the provision and use of SSRC/SHOA.
